I finally have to give Craig some credit if this is true. After listening to the JPM webcast it was painfully clear that Momenta's back is against the wall as being a viable company without constantly going back to the well.

He seemed to admit that they will be lacking income to pay for their future endeavors now that they missed the boat for their last 15 years of work.

What Momenta can return in a sale is anybodies guess. Possibly a sale of groups (mylan, sanofi and csl) would be the best.
