Frustrating stock for sure. There is a seller here dumping tons of shares. In fact, most trades are being done on the bid, which is why this is stuck in the mud. The bright spot is the accumulation here. Despite someone unloading a large position, there has been plenty of interested buyers to scoop up the shares. I also noticed that CANT and CDEL are working this stock hard, very active on both sides. No clue on timing, but I feel once they start announcing contracts, this should do very well. This is and has always been a buy and hold for me. If it was a trade, you might be here for a while until it's finally ready to move.
