Ok, thanks for your input. The reason I was asking that question as I did was that I noticed there was a favorable market response to the news but then it just fizzled and actually went red. I was curious what may have stalled the rally and sent the pps retreating. but you're right, its the otc, who knows why things happen sometimes here.
