Your analysis is not very good, at some point the company has moved pass a point of no return. What you are missing is that two underwriters (MM) have given this company funds for growth and indicated a price. They are almost taking the preferred position to the company's cost of capital structure. What you are missing are the revenue and expenses. This will give you incite on its growth. If I'm looking at this right with a developed market in Canada and a developing market in the US. this company may explode in the future and could also be ripe to a takeover/ buyout. This could be a $2 Billion dollar company in the near future.
