That is consistant with what many are speculating about. He gave them more than enough chances to get it right and has, IMO, more than satisfied his loyalty to them but with so many chances blown by them, I am glad to hear that he has reached the end of his patience. If someone can't do what they say and have been given as many chances as they have to get it right, then its time for change. He has been more than fair and this also indicates to me that he won't let his loyalty to his emplyees over ride his responsibility to the shareholders.
This says a lot for Mr. Wiley's integrity, IMO.
