I don't think it will have any effect, nor will things change until cannabis is completely removed from the CSA. So there will be continued indecision in the Cannabis market. Every thing else is stop-gag measures which does not solve the problem. I live in Oregon, Kate Brown our weird governor just said Oregon does not care what JS and the feds do. Cannabis will remain legal in our state period. 63% believe cannabis should be left alone and legal. 8 States have all cannabis legal and more set to join the group. Its time to address the problem and that's the feds. Oregon gives them the middle finger. SIPC problem at the moment is slow roll out of their beer. And " SOON " is not getting it done. Just don't think Washington can get anything done right. So more up's and down's will be on the way. IMO GLTA SIPC
