Looks like the Bid is about to go SUB 4 CENTS and I'd "guess" in the next week or two be back a the LOW 3 CENT range where it stays like a pair of huggies on a baby's bottom...#HASHTAGGOINGNOWHERE for how long now ???
Just too much negative baggage on it IMO...FDA SERIOUS WARNING LETTER...FOURTH BLINDED LADY LAWSUIT JUST NOW GETTING STARTED IN-COURT IN FLORIDA...NOW THE FLORIDA LEGISLATOR PROPOSING NEW LAWS TO "CRACK DOWN" on these ROGUE, UN-REGULATED "CLINICS" that are the back-bone and cash-cow for lil CASH POOR USRM....and on and on and on....more baggage than a fully loaded 747 on a long-haul flight if you ask me...NEGATIVE BAGGAGE...and no little propaganda "movie" is gonna overcome that or change the LAWS THE FDA HAS NOW LAID DOWN...and is now using to issue ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS against what the FDA Commissioner labeled as the UNSCRUPULOUS and BAD ACTORS...w/ a direct reference to Kristin Comella and U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC and USRM...

Bid barely holding the 4 CENT line now...and it's building up BIGGLY DOooown to the .035 range again....where it likes to go.....then likely back to a big ole DIP n RIP below 3 CENTS when the MM's need to cover everything they sold-short into the little mini hypity "PR" driven pump ole "promotion" as they like to call um...wash..rinse...repeat...pretty much all of 2017 over again..except the major, highly coordinated P&D of early 2017...which wiped a hell of a lot of people for staggering losses....yepper....
NO "KUWAIT" clinic by "END OF 2017"...noper...smoke n mirrors so far..
USRM DOES NOT "own" EVEN ONE CLINIC...not even the ONE with their damn company name on it, aka U.S. Stem Cell Clinic LLC, which is a 100% PRIVATE HELD LLC, which they only hold a "33% interest in" PER SEC FILINGS...and they DO NOT/WILL NOT list or reveal who the "mystery" MAJORITY OWNERS ARE...which I'd "put bank on it" are insiders more than likely..aka the old "ALL IN THE FAMILY" self-enrichment game of OTC-ville if you ask me. ELSE, LIST THE OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE OF THAT CLINIC..make it public info as it should be...Miguel....
GACP is a 100% PRIVATE HELD LLC and has ZERO to do with USRM...or the shareholders and adds $ZERO assets to the USRM balance sheet...so again..what the hell difference does it make if GACP OWNS and OPENS A "NEW CLINIC" when USRM and their shareholders "own" NOTHING from that event occurring ....HOW THE H DOES THAT "work"...oh wait...Comella and Tomas now "WORK FOR GACP" LOL...hell yeah...a side-gigging PART TIME CEO and CSO who suck a majority of the CASH out of this lil nano-cap penny play who now "WORK FOR" numerous PRIVATE HELD LITTLE LLC's, many of them "self created" and FOR PROFIT..all while sucking out enormous "base salaries" AND..AND large "CASH BONUSES" even as the common shares of the "mother ship" lil penny POS have lost record amounts...trading today at a split-corrected .000042 per share...99% LOSSES or more to the common shares...and they got $800K IN CASH BONUSES IN 2017 FOR THAT FINE PERFORMANCE (LOL, FANTASTIC !)...while the company is on GOING CONCERN/LIQUIDITY PROBLEMS CASH LIFE SUPPORT per their own damn SEC FILINGS...how the hell does that make any sense ..???????
FDA is only gonna make it go from BAD to WORSE here if you ask me...the clock is like a ticking time-bomb IMO...I bet the FDA gives about 6 MONTHS from the WARNING LETTER to their next level "ENFORCEMENT ACTION" which would mean in Feb 2018 sometime is my "guess"....that's likely all the rope the FDA is gonna "give um"...before they drop the hammer of the FEDS on um...as they clearly refuse to heed the WARNING or comply with ANYTHING the WARNING LETTER spelled-out in plain English.....just as Comella failed to comply with AT LEAST TWO 483 WARNINGS going back as fr as Dec 2015..as spelled-out in the FORMAL WARNING LETTER SHE WON AS FIRST PRIZE.....
AND..annd the FDA Commissioner himself is now "on the record" stating they will, they will GO AFTER the "BAD ACTORS" and FIRST PRIORITY is gonna be given to clinics who "HARM PATIENTS" ....uh...hello FOURTH BLINDED LADY LAWSUIT..Ms Jeannine Mallard of France...BLOWN OUT EYEBALLS at U.S. Stem Cell Clinic Sunrise Florida...PLAINTIFF and Kristin Comella and USRM and USCC as defendants...they just "lawyered up" last week...that's how recent that bad apple is...just getting rolling....and the FDA sure as sh@#t is gonna know about it...how the H would they not...not looking good here IMO...noper...NEVER MESS WITH THE FEDS...rule of life 101....not gonna end pretty IMO....
