Yep, that's the impression that I got. Good old Ken, doing the reverse split to short this stock, and then covering to make a tidy profit. I suspect he's been doing the same scam for years now.
Don't see this stock moving anytime soon as investors are simply too leary of what has happened to this stock in the past.
Perhaps another reorganization/rename will occur (like it has in the past) - a new great film will be on the horizon attracting investors, and woah, another reverse split.
Though I guess this stock is good for short term flippers.. .005 is tempting (but not tempting enough for me).
