Those aren't retail funds trying to maximize profits. It is two very rich partners in each and they just want to be done with it. They made multi-million dollar investments many years ago before they went public and it is just time to wind down and get their money out. For two years now they have been selling regardless of the price. They care more about selling when there is volume and the price is secondary to them.
