Believe it or not, the now disappeared SVON with its roots in GMO's that were a huge scientific achievement killed by the still virulent vampire hunters. The now disappeared DVON seemed to me a hare-brained scheme to improve humans with humanized cow anti-bodies.

The formerly private Eloxx research project may well blossom out into a spectacular winner by actually curing rare but terrible genetic defects that have a huge impact on modern society with a minority holding accorded former DVON and earlier Senesco stockholders.

Will ELOX be a moonshot or another fizzle?

- No one knows.

But what a glorious achievement it might become.

What are the chances?

Using comparable statistics, the chances of success are slim.

- But how much does it matter if:

a. You restrain your enthusiasm to affordable loss?

b. You note that the statistics are a warning rather than a prediction?

c. You are a trader and just playing bingo?
