$HCEI .0005 x .0008 - 184m float no dilution in years.

Many of these low floaters are hard to play because you don't know which will pop before dilution kills the share price. That's my favorite part of $HCEI, CEO holds the majority of shares and hasn't diluted in years. Ticking time bomb here for sure. Current float is valued under $150k based on .0008 share price. Overdue for a shareholder update.
