I'll do my best here:

Volume is the amount of transactions, both sells and buys. So, you'd have to consult the L2 to see which is heavier, and which prices are being bought and sold. The amount of trip 2's, from what ive gathered, was extremely large. Bulls have swallowed the majority of 2's, but people were selling in the 3's, so the pps can't skyrocket. Getting to 3 (and holding, for now) was a big step. If the Bulls can run and hit the 3's hard, you will see 4's, which is a double in price. IF that happens, and if trader53 is correct in his analysis, NOUV will run pretty nicely after that.
