Could some things have been done differently yup, do I agree with all decisions made here, nope. However I also do realize, Len is essentially a one man band at this point, who also has minimal financial resources. Its a catch 22 scenario at its worst. If toxic notes are taken out, people will run around screaming like their head are on fire and imply Len is lining his pockets. If he runs lean and does what he can when he can the Monday morning Q backs will scream he doesn't know how to run a company and point out all the place he should be spending money to make the company better.

Reminds me of the old lawyer question. "Do you still beat your wife? Yes or No. There is no way to escape that question and its the same f-ing games thats being played here. The sad part is some aren't smart enough to see past it.
