I beg to defer,

You are correct in observing OMCN used to trade till June mid. But what happened was North Star Diamonds, a small private firm operating in Ukraine for 10 years as a private firm took over Omicron Technologies. Most of the Omicron management went out, and If I remember correctly only the CFO stayed. CEO, President and Chairman of the Board titles are carries by Mr. Walter Stunder, a well known person in Russian diamond mining circles.

Omicron had a completely different line of business.
