Where do you see that? There is no convertible debt, this is a company that just came out of bankruptcy, and the payout has nothing to do with revenue, its about will there be money left after all debtors are paid.

They received $93M over the summer and have been paying claims that are vetted through the court bankruptcy process, additionally this is a board board ticker and shell which is worth money on its own.
