Your right thats all anyone needs to look at and the combined company has a gross loss of $500k through 9 months ended 9/30

So for the year you are looking at a loss of about $700k on a gross basis and a loss of $4M on a net basis, so why would anyone be excited about a company that is losing money and will need debt to finance ongoing operations?
