is better and doesn't throw anyone off. It initially reads bad, lol. As many others view this company and CEO as a failure, I do not.

I think the CEO learned some hard lessons about FDA approval and toxic debt that I hope he won't repeat. Should he have known those lessons before becoming a CEO, probably yes. Unfortunately, that is water under the bridge.

The reality is that since then, he has kept the company afloat, removed his mistakes(Toxic Debt), re-engaged with the FDA, struck several potentially lucrative deals without too much dilution.

GTHP is a different company now. There is a reason at the bottom of every mutual fund prospectus, they say "Future performance may not be correlated to past results".
