That was quite the buying flurry. I have seen signs for a week now that something is going on and have expected a PR. That event tells me one of two things:

1) There is a deal of some kind being finalized and someone is front-running it.

2) An institution is making a bet on today's Supreme Court activity on the ability of patent-holders to collect on foreign sales of infringers and bought-up stock they thought would do well with a favorable decision.

The quick selling is easy... Israel Seed and/or BCPI took advantage of an opportunity to dump some shares. I got to buy many more and keep my basis under $2.20.

I think there is a good chance it is the BC/Symantec grand settlement, but there is something going on with this trading activity.
