Post 17768, has the last e-mail received from Kevin, from what I gather, looks like everything is done on company's end, now just up to auditors to finish them, as for contacting Kevin, think a few members have e-mailed him, but no response yet, most likely he is working over time, over seeing his auditors making sure they get everything perfect for when he files, willing to bet, he gets them in by the 10 days, or will even get an extension, this is not your typical suspension, on delinquent filing that is for sure, most of them, company does not respond, and has been dark for many years, which is not the case, here, you can even call the sec, they will be happy to explain, how every case is viewed on its merits, yes I do believe Kevin, should have paid better attention to the filings, and most likely thought he had plenty of time to get them done, with out suspension, really think, he had many items on his agenda and was going forward at full pace, this will be a true test, but if abhi does pull thru will be a huge sign of success for the future of abhi, and we will be on a epic ride, the sec does not like nor are there attentions to bring down honest company's, so really believe if Kevin is a man of his word, and company is legit, everything will work out, and judging by his videos, I can tell, he is not a pump and dump specialists, and has morals and integrity, and as he said, company was heavy in debt,and most likely had toxic financing ,hence why we saw all the volume, but unless, we are all hold 100's of millions of shares, which I for one am not, someone, bought them, accumulation everyday, which is my number one reason for buying stocks, if I see 20-50m shares bought and sold everyday, I figure my 5m will be good, and feel free to use this board, it has no topic, so your posts will not be deleted, which I had like 5 posts deleted at abhi yesterday, lol, someone does not like what I am preaching, another sign, we have a rare gem here, and not your typical otc scam, FYI, if you want to make some money, think txtm is the play right now, up 72% yesterday, but I am buying even more today, think we will see at least a double if not triple in pps next week, and if like my last three stocks, I have seen mj stocks up 10xs, so txtm if follows the trend, should see a penny this run,,,
