The problem ...I would say the BIG problem is that a R/S would solve just one of the 2 listing comliance requirements, the 1.00$ per share minimum value.

Market cap won't be affected...and here stays the Death spiral...need for a new offer to increase market cap; so anyone has been following ultra small caps knows that

new shares offer + warrants + R/S = Death spiral (the shorters paradise), and since we know ipci has been controlled by shorters/manipulators over the last 2 yrs...we know for sure that this kind of path is exactly what IPCI MUST AVOID.


Just hope mr Patient has the basic knowledge of this market dynamic and explains to Odidi that there is the mega-wall in front of them...their choice to get into it or turn before it is too late
