Unless I'm missing something entirely (entirely possible) I think those have to be some of the 86m warrants that can be exercised over the next few years. I'd have to check the filings but the exercise price was .017 or .0178 and so far I haven't seen VNDM offer any lower than .018. I'm far from certain but if it's been dilution then that's the only source that I can find that would explain it. If that's correct then that helps to keep a floor under us, though some retail sellers can dip us a little lower still.

I'm more a chart guy than anything, so don't take my word for any of this.
