Its really no laughing matter, when one considers the well documented lengths various nefarious otc fraudsters will and have gone to for personal financial gains. To infer otherwise is inaccurate.

Its interesting to me how the very same ceo guy you agree is a liar , that same ceo that failed to submit the company financials by his own deadline, gets a parade of ridiculous accolades for ceo of the year honors. Those accolades have no value.

What DOES have value is when both pro and con parties agree the ceo is a liar that additionally failed to file the delinquent company financials by a deadline date he himself set.
