I bought quite a few shares in the $8.70's and $8.80's and now have a nice position. The share buyback last reported quarter (Q3 2017) is just too strong to ignore. PCMI averaged over $13 a share buying back approx 6.5% of their total diluted shares outstanding.
$11.4M is not small change.
