Is it really too much to ask for them to proofread? If this is what they send out to us, it is probably representative of what is sent out to others. Not very professional IMHO.

You're viewing KBLB with rose colored glasses. If you want professional, go with companies that have secretaries to make the CEO's and exec's look good. By and large they are paid good money to do that. Do not expect perfection or professional until things go our way much more than they have been. This is what frugal looks like.
