A better one ...two subsidiaries of IHSI..one Fazync LLC and one

Fazync Corporation (never mentioned until here within the last

couple of weeks and in the 8-K today--other events)...where was

it incorporated not California, Colorado, Washington state, Nevada

and wouldn't the creation of a corporaton require an 8-K
