People sold the shares and are afraid of buying ifxy, because ifxy increased the authorized shares to 7b. Not to mention retirement of the a/s as stated in telegram. Let's assume Talari dumps all 5b more shares to make the o/s 7b. With 3ico contracts 3to 5% sales, at least 15m to 20 m revenues. This stock price should be way above 2cents now. That is the bottom line. Really? people don't like money.
