Am I the only one who thinks something is off with the O/S and float as of January 2nd, 2018? Am I correct in assuming as of that date, there were only 60,956,021 restricted shares and the rest, being 2,220,000,000, are free floating shares out and about in the market?
Float = Total Shares Outstanding - Preferred Shares
2,220,000,000 = 2,280,956,021 - 60,956,021
Is this strange? Is it weird that there are so little restricted shares compared to the float?
