I don't see the rs being a thing, there is no way only retail small guy investors own all 1 billion shares of this thing, if the insiders knew of the rs there would be mass sell off and not waiting to see, I think everyone who wants in is simply waiting for the OS to update or 1 tiny piece of positive news, it's stagnant cause everyone is in hold mode, my guess is the people selling today are flippers who bought 20 percent lower a few days ago, everyone else is holding, and once either of those 2 things happen you will see a spike and that will cause it to pop on people's radar, causing it to go up even further
