$ VICT. I Agree 100% but one thing to remember is that all these shares are going in stronger hands and i know this for a fact because i know i am one of the Big Buyers of VICT and as soon as i Buy i lock my shares in at .04 where Shorts cant borrow aganst them and i am not willning no where close to these pp,s so it takes care of both things at once IMO. These shares now are Dirt Cheap because of the profit taking and a number of other things thats a waste to talk about IMO. VICT has a Very TINY O/S to be a OTC Stock with the debt paid off and a $100 Million closed NVC Fund thats in escrow meaning in the Bank just like Buying a house and closing on it until all the paper work has been done and you move in it. Saying us go to a Penny is a waste IMO. Iwill be holding for Silver and that will come soon enough for myself.
