You think we are on to something?

There is going to be dilution/new stock issued, but also some cash infusion ,IMHO.

Right now we are 16M shares that will survive...lest say they issue they issue 16M more new shares.

Plus they get $20M cash infusion/line of credit whatever...

32M shares/$20M = $1.60 per share....hell just guessing.


This doesnt count if there is anything left over from the $123M on the cash/asset sheet
