Is this offering subject to change? I am not sure 4 cents is the locked in price. Why doesn't DCTH use an ATM credit line and sell shares into the market to raise funds.

I do not see the company doing a reverse split though. This might be the last funding they will try to obtain prior to either the FDA granting approval or they do not meet endpoints and DCTH dies on the vine.You can also guarantee they are going to be hit with class action suits for the last r/s. That was an abomination that destroyed shareholder value.

My hope is that they will be bought out by Athenex in the next 9 months. They have no chance to survive on their own.
