I read a PR, and, understood that it was one note, and, they allowed to convert one part of it.

But if it is as you say, then it was maybe impossible for them to pay all.

Anyway, and, independently of the deal, it is clear to me that they are selling every day, and, that's why the stock is not running.

I think the CEO should know how many shares were issued to pay that note, so we can at least guess when they are done dumping.

The dilution is not big, that's why we do not see T-trades. T-trades is only when there is big dumpage. Not the case here.
