To be fair, the financial statement prep and audit of financials does take significant time. Considering CTDT switched auditors, they will have to audit two years back to become confortable with the opening balances. Then will be auditing and issuing financials for 5 quarters and 2 year ends. With the holidays, the 12/29 time frame that was stated was not realistic.

Previous mgmt should have never let the company get so far behind. Based on my talks with Chas, they are working very hard to get current,and are close. Hoping we see the filings very soon.
