I was concerned about the gap too, but I'm starting to suspect that the OTC stock bid tracks the company's main stock exchange, which is Canadian. The only reason there was a gap on the OTC is because it was a holiday while the Canadian exchange stock simply had a normal green day. So perhaps it wasn't a legit "gap" day.
