Not saying it won’t happen. Just saying we have no verification (yet). The fact that they asked Berman for modifications doesn’t necessarily mean a deal has been signed. They could want further demos for all we know.

I don’t doubt SBs ability to negotiate a contract with a big name like BMW. But until it is verified, I won’t count this “chicken”because it hasn’t hatched yet.
