Here is an update from January 12 relating to the class action lawsuit:

"We write now to advise the Court that, although the parties have not yet finalized their MOU, they have made substantial progress (including circulation of a draft MOU which is being reviewed by counsel for the various parties), and they have every expectation of finalizing and executing their MOU within the next seven days. The parties anticipate that they will be in a position to submit formal documentation of their proposed settlements to the Court by February 28, 2018."

Apparently, this would be a global settlement settling all claims from various class action lawsuits against (I believe) all UDF related parties.
