yes, low float and more. let me give you all a little history lesson. ASUV was once THCT. the reason ASUV was merged into by THCT was that it was a VERY clean shell. hard to find clean shell. Then I would be willing to bet, actually I am betting , that the only reason a big time guy like VILLANI would get involved and invest a lot of dollars in this company is that the share structure is so neat and clean. such a low valuation for this company. I really see this being a great way to get into crypto. without buying the coins directly. only 3 million in the float here..in pennyland, thats phenomenal.
