I do agree that all of these different tweets and PRs discussing subsidiaries, subs of subs, name changes, etc seem quite convoluted.

We need one clearly written statement that ties it all together. Not all of these different bits of information where its difficult to follow the trail.

Matt definitely needs to hire a PR firm to write these PRs and tweets. All the info is in his head and he seems to be taking for granted others know what he's talking about. He's not translating it into the PR well, and it comes out as convoluted.
