We are awaiting news of an expected merger with Emerging Franchises. The most recent filing was an 8K (below) stating in part: “Effective June 15, 2017, Kevin G Malone resigned as President and as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board) of the Company. The Board appointed Everett M. Dickson as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and the Board appointed Mr. Dickson to fill the Board seat vacated by Mr. Malone.”

The chart shows how quickly and how high UHLN can move when there are material events driving the PPS. Back in July/August we saw the PPS climb to nearly a penny. Unfortunately, the material event behind that move did not come to fruition.

More recently, we see the same type of volatility but with PPS at lower levels. This is due to merger speculation, first with Charlie Graingers, then with Emerging Franchises.

In January 2018 we see rekindling interest and a PPS increase based on merger speculation, and sparked by recent communication from the company indicating there is still something positive in the works.
