From the LA Times Article, there was an interesting little tidbit of information:

Though the vending machine displays video images of people toking up, it won’t be stocked unless a county ordinance is changed.



Wonder what they mean by "stocked". Stocked with weed? Or stocked at all?

Could be some gray area in San Bernardino County about CBD products being sold. Proper permits may not be in place.
