Agree jack7377. If California is any indication of how ACOL "blasted off" [sarcasm] from that great news, Canada will be just as imperceptible. This needs to be held really, really long or maybe we'll luck out and they'll be bought out. Just seems as if "buy back" is not on their radar screen. This penny is for the long haul, if anything...
