slmlrd, I appreciate the kudos but Mike tipped his cards. (If I was only so intuitive in Vegas!)

I agree with Mike that we are going to see quick and upward momentum. The biggest factor, IMO, is that this is relatively healthy compared to the deals done in the prior 12 months.

I still think we are going to see another shoe drop in the very near future. I have worked with Roth before and they will move quickly but, truly, it's probably already done. We will see the PR drop this week or next with the financier that is coming in. I won't be surprised if it is who we all think it is.
