Some people see what they want to see. Maybe I missed the part where it says

'commons will be canceled'

...I think I missed it while reading this part:

The Company cautions that trading in its securities during the pendency of the Chapter 11 Proceedings is highly speculative and poses substantial risks. Trading prices for the Company’s securities may bear little or no relationship to the actual recovery, if any, by holders of such securities in the Chapter 11 Proceedings.

...which is exactly why folks like us occasionally decide to bus shares in some BK plays...cause its speculative and can reward handsomely. No mention of commons being canceled. In fact, the absence of that is 'suggestive'.

Just sayin.
