Jan 11 Form 4 says that Raj has changed his options into shares. To pay the option prices (and taxes?) he gave away 3.5 Million shares - which the company didn't sell and have been canceled.

Raj doubled his amount of shares from nearly 1.8 Million shares to about 3.5 Million shares.

None of the shares were sold.

That's what i think what happened.
