Nice, txtm is one of my favorites, and abhi you may want to still buy, think you may get a great low ball price, especially if it goes to the grey market, think I will buy 1-2m more if I can and the price is right, pretty confident, abhi will be able to recover, of all my stocks, was very surprised to see this happen, just goes to show, shit happens, lol, however think CEO has a strong case which is rare, one he never got the letter, was sent to the CEO before him, two he says filings are done, and in auditors hands ready to file, which is a top notch firm, so if they are done, and done correctly think they will summit them and be reinstated, it would be a whole another story if company just ignored the sec, which many do, but believe abhi is ready for business, and has a real product, and a new management team that is very competent,,,one a bright note, took my son surfing last weekend, new wet suits worked very well, I even bought us boots and gloves, which I was surprised on just how well they worked, and talk about some epic waves, 20-25 ft, lol, however even i did not ride the big ones, we stayed closer to shore, and rode the second breaks, still big, and huge for my seven year old, have to say, Santa Cruz is the place to live, if you like to surf, think I would choose it over Hawaii, I like to wear a wet suit, helps you float, and a nice thick layer of protection for your skin, and two, most important, waves break in deeper water, where as in Hawaii, you have a coral reef just a few feet under you, so if you do not crash by falling back into the wave, you can get hurt, and as most surfers will tell you, when you drop into a wave, its just that, you are dropping in, and sometimes, things do not go as expected, with that said, Santa Cruz is my pick, and also a reason I like abhi , which by the way, is located in Santa Cruz, lol, hope you have had the chance to get out on your new board, if not, better get to it, your surf board was made to surf,,,
