That is true 10 days are not enough. But honestly ask yourselves this question.

Would a company such as Marcum take on ABHI without knowing all the facts?

Then would that company take on such a client if they didn’t think there was a resolution in sight and risk their reputation in the process? I think NOT

Marcum was hired for this purpose in my opinion.

Now they were hired a month or so back so again the 10 days timeline is obviously not accurate since they’ve been at this for sometime now.
