This is very true
The biggest obstacle is getting to a house vote, rather than the vote itself
This is the Catch-22 that the media needs to expose
They have done a fantastic job explaining the Schedule I Catch-22... not enough research evidence to support the medical efficacy of MJ, which is required to remove it from Schedule I, but too difficult to research MJ due to its Schedule I status, so how can we gather enough evidence to support its medical efficacy?
But the other really important Catch-22 has to do with Jeff Sessions' comments about changing the law and Pete Sessions blockade of MJ bills in the house
Jeff Sessions always says if you don't like the federal illegality of MJ -- its Schedule I status -- then Congress ought to change the law
But all of the MJ bills, including ones that would reschedule MJ and make it federally legal, have been blocked from receiving a floor vote by Pete Sessions
So Jeff tells Congress to reschedule MJ, but Pete blocks Congress from doing so
The Sessions clowns need to be exposed
