Good observation and you absolutely right. I experienced it first hand on other stock sitting on selling at 1 for 3 months. See volume everyday but no fills. Finally got out after 1:600 RS with a deeper hair-cut.

MMs will not fill you when there is no bid and dilution from note holders to sell anything they can get.
