Had to get out of the arctic temperatures of upstate NY and took a short trip to Bermuda with my girlfriend but thank you for your concern! LOL. The market cap is all artificially inflated by the games that have been played with the stock by the promotions and such. I am sure their parents want no part of their stoner ways and would not allow them to work out of their basements and regardless how the company tries to spin it as a “strategic move”, the got evicted because they stole and spent all the money over the summer and the rent was not paid prior to Diertrich getting fired for embezzlement and other criminal acts.

Look at the TOXIC debt from August. Who in their right mind does deals like that? Just look at the 15+ promotions last year coordinated by IRTH Communication and look into who sold into them with knowledge of the promotions and the only people being duped were the innocent shareholders. Anyone that can read the financials can see that this was never a real company that had any business and was nothing more than a personal ATM for the stoners and their buddies.
