What’s to stop ABHI opening Feb 1st as BVTK? Investors shares can roll into these new company. BVTK stated today they are in acquisition mode of two subs. Hmmmmm! I smell a planned event here. Thoughts?

PS emailed ABHI today for an explanation, no response yet.

PSS why would CEO release a PR stating they are sorting this out if there was no plan to come back stronger than ever?

Just being optimistic. I don’t like losing money and not going down without a fight!
